– Education & Social Impact
(Tech for Good)
(Social | Education | Learning)

Flexible | Commission-Based | Senior Professionals

Help connect learners with Charitable Foundations committed to education, opportunity, and long-term impact.
About Kewordal
Kewordal (https://kewordal.com) is a purpose-led education technology platform built on a simple idea: access to learning should not depend on circumstance. We connect learners with organisations that want to play a meaningful role in education — creating genuine social impact alongside long-term, values-aligned brand recognition.
As we prepare for launch, we are inviting a small number of Partnership Leads — Foundations to help introduce Charitable Foundations to this model and shape how education-focused philanthropic partnerships are formed.

This is not traditional fundraising. It’s relationship-led engagement.

About the role
This role is designed for senior professionals with credibility, influence, and existing relationships within the charitable foundation and philanthropy sector. You will bring genuine understanding of how foundations operate — their grant-making priorities, trustee structures, and impact measurement requirements — and use that knowledge to open meaningful conversations on behalf of Kewordal.
You will operate at a strategic level, helping foundations understand how partnering with Kewordal aligns with their educational giving priorities, beneficiary outcomes, and long-term philanthropic objectives.
There are no scripts, no quotas, and no micromanagement.

What you'll be doing
-
Introducing Charitable Foundations from your existing network to Kewordal’s education platform
-
Engaging senior foundation stakeholders — Trustees, Grants Directors, Programme Officers, and CEOs — in meaningful conversations
-
Positioning Kewordal as a long-term education partner aligned with foundation grant-making strategy, not a one-off donation recipient
-
Helping foundations understand how direct learner sponsorship creates visible, measurable, and reportable impact
-
Navigating foundation due diligence, impact reporting requirements, and grant-cycle timelines
-
Acting as an ambassador for Kewordal’s mission within the charitable and philanthropic sector
-
Offering strategic insight into how the platform can be shaped to meet foundation partnership requirements
You will not be expected to carry out high-volume outreach or transactional fundraising activity.
Who this role is for
You may be:
-
A senior professional with direct experience working with or within Charitable Foundations, grant-making trusts, or philanthropic organisations
-
A former Foundation Director, Grants Manager, Programme Officer, or Philanthropy Advisor
-
A consultant or intermediary with an established network across the UK foundation and third-sector landscape
-
Experienced in education-focused giving, social mobility programmes, or community impact initiatives
-
Motivated by purpose, reputation, and genuine educational impact rather than traditional sales targets
-
Looking for flexible, senior-level involvement that fits alongside other commitments
-
Drawn to education as a powerful and evidenced driver of social change
This role is not suited to junior or generalist fundraising profiles, or those without existing foundation relationships.
What you'll get
-
Commission of up to 20% on foundation partnership revenue you introduce
-
Flexible, autonomous involvement — work at your own pace and within your own network
-
Direct support from the founder where helpful, without oversight or pressure
-
The opportunity to be associated with a credible, mission-driven education platform at an early and formative stage
-
A genuine role in shaping how Kewordal engages with the charitable foundation sector
