Recruitment of Business Development-Partnership Manager for Kewordal, by Candidate is Key

Help start the right conversations between learners and organisations that care about education.

About Kewordal

Kewordal (https://kewordal.com) is an early-stage EdTech platform connecting learners with organisations that want to contribute to education, skills development, and opportunity in meaningful ways.

We’re looking for people who enjoy research, thoughtful communication, and relationship-building to help open early conversations with organisations aligned to our mission.

This is not a sales role. It’s considered, purpose-led outreach.

About the role

You’ll support the early stages of corporate engagement by researching organisations, identifying the right contacts, and initiating professional, well-judged conversations.

Your role is to open doors — not to close deals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Researching organisations aligned with education, skills, and social impact

  • Identifying relevant contacts (CSR, Brand, HR, ESG, Employer Brand)

  • Sending carefully written introductory messages

  • Arranging exploratory conversations with the founder or Partnership Leads

  • Helping refine outreach messaging over time

You won’t be asked to pitch pricing, apply pressure, or work to activity quotas.

Success is measured by quality conversations opened, not revenue closed.

Who this role is for

This role would suit someone who:

  • Cares about education and Tech for Good

  • Enjoys research, writing, and professional communication

  • Prefers relationship-led engagement over transactional selling

  • May be between roles, transitioning careers, or building experience

  • Values flexibility and purpose over pressure

Sales experience is not required. Sound judgement and tone are.

Engagement & progression

  • Involvement is flexible and voluntary during the proof-of-concept phase

  • Any future paid arrangements would depend on sustainable revenue or investment milestones

  • There is no assumption or promise of ongoing work or employment

To express an interest
Please send a short note (3–5 sentences) outlining:

  • your background

  • the sectors you’re connected into

  • why Kewordal’s mission resonates with you
