Recruitment of Business Development-Partnership Manager for Kewordal, by Candidate is Key

Partnership Leads

Flexible | Remote | Commission-based | Tech for Good

Do you have a network that trusts you? Do you believe that access to learning should not depend on circumstance? Are you looking for a flexible, senior role where your influence, your relationships, and your values can combine to create something genuinely meaningful? If so, this could be the most rewarding introduction you make this year.

About Kewordal

Kewordal (https://kewordal.com) is an innovative Tech for Good social education platform designed to connect learners and educators in a collaborative, inclusive environment. Our users create Kewordal lists to improve their academic results while building social learning communities of friends, peers, teachers, and mentors — supported by sponsoring organisations — to enhance their prospects for success.

As we prepare for launch, we are inviting a small number of Partnership Leads to help introduce the right organisations and individuals to this model and shape how education-focused partnerships are formed across every sector of public and private life.

This is not traditional sales. It is relationship-led engagement, and the people we are looking for will understand immediately why that distinction matters.

About the Role

Kewordal’s model is straightforward. Organisations and individuals sponsor learners directly — creating a named, visible, and reportable connection between their investment and a real person’s educational journey. It is not a donation to an anonymous fund. It is not a branding exercise. It is a genuine, human relationship between a sponsor and a learner, supported by a platform built to make that relationship meaningful and measurable.

The organisations and individuals best placed to sponsor learners are those with the values, the resources, and the genuine motivation to do so. They exist across every sector — in boardrooms and faith communities, in family offices and football clubs, in law firms and livery halls, in schools and charities and government departments. Our Partnership Leads are the people who can open those doors because they are already trusted on the other side of them.

Each Partnership Lead works within the world they know. There is no expectation of breadth — only depth. The right person for this role has a network that trusts them, a sector that respects them, and a genuine belief in what Kewordal is trying to do.

There are no scripts, no quotas, and no micromanagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Introducing Kewordal to organisations and individuals from your existing network who have the values, resources, and motivation to sponsor learners

  • Opening senior conversations with the right people — whether that is a CEO, a trustee, a head of CSR, a family office director, a club chairman, or a faith leader

  • Positioning Kewordal as a long-term, values-aligned education partnership — not a campaign, a transaction, or a tick-box exercise

  • Helping potential partners understand how direct learner sponsorship creates visible, credible, and genuinely meaningful impact

  • Acting as a trusted ambassador for Kewordal’s mission within your sector, community, or professional network

  • Offering strategic insight into how partnerships can be shaped to resonate with the specific culture and priorities of the organisations you approach

You will not be expected to carry out cold outreach, high-volume prospecting, or transactional selling of any kind.

Who This Role Is For

The common thread across every Partnership Lead we are looking for is not sector or background. It is character, credibility, and genuine belief.

You may be:

  • A senior professional, adviser, executive, or leader with strong, trusted relationships in your field

  • Someone whose network has been built over years and whose name opens doors that remain closed to others

  • Motivated by purpose as well as by fair reward — someone for whom doing well and doing good are not in conflict

  • Looking for flexible, autonomous involvement that fits alongside other commitments rather than replacing them

  • Drawn to education as a cause — not as an abstraction, but as something you genuinely believe in

  • The kind of person who, when they recommend something, is listened to — because they have never recommended something they did not believe in

You do not need to come from the education sector. You do not need a background in fundraising or sales. You need to know your world, be trusted within it, and share our belief that access to learning should not depend on circumstance.

This role is not suited to junior profiles, generalist networkers, or those seeking a traditional employment structure.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive commission terms discussed on appointment

  • Flexible, autonomous involvement — work within your own network and at your own pace

  • Direct support from the founder where helpful, without oversight or pressure

  • The opportunity to be associated with a credible, mission-driven education platform at its most formative and exciting stage

  • A genuine role in shaping how Kewordal grows — not as a salesperson, but as a trusted partner in building something that matters

There is no guaranteed salary at this stage. Compensation is directly linked to outcomes once revenue is generated.
