About Kewordal
Kewordal (https://kewordal.com) is an innovative social education platform designed to connect learners and educators in a collaborative, inclusive environment. Our users create "Kewordal lists" to improve their academic results while building social learning communities of friends, peers, teachers, and mentors (via the support of businesses), to enhance their prospects for success. We have recently concluded a successful testing/MVP period and are currently implementing exciting updates to our site, preparing for launch in the coming months.
We are now seeking a talented Business Development Partner, to join our mission of connecting businesses with educational innovation and learners worldwide. This opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience to leverage your strategic leadership skills in the Tech for Good space, creating meaningful partnerships that transform education and drive social impact!
​What You'll Do
As Business Development Partner, you'll:

Lead strategic partnership development with SMEs through to corporate businesses focused on either ESG or CSR opportunities on our platform

Design and implement comprehensive sponsorship frameworks for competitions, student and educational institution programs, and other similar platform activities

Drive partnership strategy and relationship development during our critical growth phase

Develop high-level partnership strategies that align with corporate ESG and/or CSR and social impact objectives

Build and maintain C-suite and senior executive relationships with key business stakeholders

Lead partnership negotiations and structure complex agreement terms
-
Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver exceptional value to business partners

Develop partnership performance metrics and provide strategic insights to the executive team

Represent Kewordal as a senior leader at industry events, conferences, and high-level business meetings

What We're Looking For

Senior professionals, seeking meaningful “Tech for Good” or “social impact” opportunities

Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, or senior corporate relations

Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Deep understanding of either ESG, CSR, or the Tech for Good landscape
-
Advanced negotiation and relationship-building abilities at C-suite level
-
Strategic thinking and ability to structure complex partnership frameworks

Self-motivated leader with ability to work remotely and drive results

Professional approach to senior-level business communications

Motivated by our goal to build or strengthen ties between student learners and businesses

Passion for education and commitment to our mission to connect the world through social education and learning

Background or experience in business strategy, consulting, CSR, ESG, social impact, sustainability sectors, EdTech, Tech for Good, or related senior roles (Highly Desirable)

Established network in senior business/corporate circles (Highly Advantageous)

Connected to businesses at the “decision-making” level, with the ability to get in front of the right decision-makers quickly (Desirable)

Additional Information

You'll need a few weeks to fully understand the product and how to approach your contacts/the market

Flexible, approximately 10-15 hours per week

Remote with mostly virtual and some occasional face-to-face meetings

Ideal for: Individuals with a strong and current professional network in either ESG, CSR, Tech for Good, or sales (which engage C-Suite professionals) with the ability to quickly establish opportunities to present the potential of our product to them; or proven experience in building business partnerships, particularly at C-Suite level which can be transferred or translated to this sector
