After successfully being chosen to support Gordonstoun using our Search and Managed Response campaigns to appoint a Head of Student Support, Candidate is Key began working closely with Gordonstoun to design a process that would attract highly experienced candidates from which they could choose from.
APPROACH
After a briefing meeting to draft an advert, review and update the job description and person specification and create a recruitment brochure, the campaign began.

In total, we proactively contacted more than 80 candidates as either a source of information able to recommend suitable applicants or as a potential candidate themselves, for the post. The totals for the role were as follows:
